Well, a really, really old Leica camera as set an all new record! The camera went for $1.89 Million at auction. Surely this is an outrageous price just for a camera? And you thought your DSLR was expensive...
Well If you can find a collector who really wanted that to to complete their collection i can see how they would be willing to pay that for it.. i wonder if he had to put it on like an installment plan lol
Whaaaaaat? That's insane. I was eying a $289 Nikon & was like, 'what's the point when I'm just taking pictures of the same old stuff?' No idea how you'd justify a 2 million dollar camera that you can't even touch.
But i love my DSLR!
ReplyDeleteIt probably doesn't even work anymore lol...
ReplyDeletewow, that is a ridiculous price. wtf makes it so damn valuable
ReplyDeleteBloody... That's a lot for an outdated model. Though I see why it's worth so much... still...
ReplyDeleteWow, incredible! That's a pretty cool looking camera
ReplyDeletehow many megapixels does it shoot?
ReplyDeleteIt's probably not megapixels and it will just take an analogue picture ^
ReplyDeletethe question is, can it take a $1.89M photograph?
ReplyDeletehaha @ Geoffrey's post. Damn that is a lot of money!
ReplyDeleteI want to see how the pictures look
ReplyDeleteLeica at almost 2 million.
ReplyDeleteMust be one hell of a trade.

ReplyDeleteAh rich people, what will you waste your money on next?
ReplyDeleteWell If you can find a collector who really wanted that to to complete their collection i can see how they would be willing to pay that for it.. i wonder if he had to put it on like an installment plan lol
ReplyDeleteWhich idiot bought that...
ReplyDeletePerhaps Super Nintendos will sell for millions one day..
ReplyDeleteThat's some money to buy a cam:/

ReplyDeletei'd much rather buy a really expensive old car for that kind of money
ReplyDeleteThat camera makes me feel better about my dslr getting stolen because all I could think about was how much that cost.
ReplyDeleteWow! That's a lot of money!
ReplyDeleteI could go to college, buy a house, and still have money left over to retire with... for that...
ReplyDeleteChances of finding one of these cameras in a vintage store for twenty bucks?
ReplyDeleteI bet some rich hipster bough it.
ReplyDeleteIt's a damn sexy camera all right, but 1.89 million is just a bit too much.
